I'm really sorry about this, but as far as I know, if your level 353 account was Facebook-linked, you've probably lost it. If you can find your player ID (mine's a 7-digit number starting with a 1, if that helps), you might be able to contact Pixel Federation support with that on your new account.

@Fgreer1987 If you played on FB with friends then you could try reaching out to them and ask if anyone can still find you in their game, as unless the hackers have deleted all your apps as well then you should still appear! If they look for your old account on the Portal site then it will show your Player ID rather than a name so your friends could let you know and you could get PF to transfer it to your new FB account :D
