Low energy maps are ones where the quests are completed without clearing all of the tiles. For events, the goal is to expose every portion of the map, and collect all of the event tokens and most resources. Different people may choose to skip some of the resources if they are not valuable, or collect ones which are valuable to them. There may be less expensive ways to complete these goals, mistakes can be made during completing the quests. Improved maps are always welcome.
